To Our Valued Customers,

As we prepare for the upcoming winter weather, Team Comfy is working around the clock to ensure we can provide service when it’s needed most.

Our Emergency Preparations: We have equipped our technicians with 4×4 vehicles and extra service inventory to reach as many homes as possible. We also have a limited supply of emergency heaters for homes in total system failure.

Service Prioritization: Because road conditions will be hazardous, our service capacity will be limited. We will be prioritizing calls in the following order:

  1. Life-Threatening Emergencies (elderly, babies, health compromised)
  2. MonsterCare Members (Guaranteed priority)
  3. Existing Customers (Handled in order of account age—oldest first)
  4. Inactive/New Customers

Safety First:

  • Test your system now: Confirm your heat is working before the storm hits.
  • Avoid CO Hazards: Never use an oven, grill, or unvented fuel heater inside your home. Carbon Monoxide is invisible and deadly.
  • Stay Warm: If your heat fails, close off unused rooms to trap warmth and use heavy blankets while waiting for a technician.
